The challenge: a complex supply chain

With manufacturing plants in over 10 countries and customers in more than 100, tracking emissions across the supply chain was difficult. The team relied on estimates rather than primary data, which made it hard to pinpoint the largest sources of impact. Manual reporting was time-consuming, imprecise and unsustainable for a growing business.

From assumptions to data-driven insights

Using the Atmoz carbon management platform, Equestrian Stockholm gained instant visibility into its footprint. Emissions tracking was automated and broken down by source - transportation, production and materials - letting the team move from assumptions to clear, actionable insights. From there, the company could pinpoint emissions hotspots, track progress and roll out targeted initiatives such as climate-compensated shipping.

Increased efficiency, accuracy and action

Beyond clarity, Atmoz streamlined reporting and removed the manual data collection that had previously been required. The platform is now used to track emissions monthly, comparing year-over-year to monitor progress and identify areas to improve. Reports make it clear which accounts need an action plan and where steps have already been taken.

Before Atmoz, estimating our carbon footprint was an enormous task - requiring extensive manual work as a baseline for assumptions. With Atmoz, we now get our calculations in literally microseconds. For a scale-up company, this level of automation is invaluable - it would otherwise require a full-time resource to manage.

Staying ahead of regulations

Although reporting isn't yet mandatory for the company, Equestrian Stockholm tracks emissions proactively to stay ahead of evolving sustainability regulations. Integrating monitoring into operations now means compliance readiness when rules tighten - and a sharper competitive edge as a sustainable brand in the meantime.
