Scope - website only
These terms apply to the website. Use of the Atmoz platform, advisory services and carbon credit services is governed by the separate written agreement entered into between Atmoz and the relevant customer. In the event of any conflict between these terms and such an agreement, the agreement prevails for the services it covers.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful, informational and business purposes. You may not:
- use the site or its content to build, train or market a competing product or service;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content other than by ordinary search engine or AI assistant indexing as permitted by our robots.txt;
- interfere with, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code or place unreasonable load on the site;
- use the site in breach of applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
All content on the site - including text, articles, graphics, illustrations, product imagery, logos, trademarks, design and software - is owned by Atmoz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view, download and share individual pages and articles for your own internal or non-commercial use, provided that Atmoz is clearly credited as the source and no content is altered. All other use requires our prior written consent.
Information you submit
When you submit a contact form, request a demo, register for a webinar or sign up for our newsletter, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the website.

Articles, guides and other material on the site - including content on carbon accounting, the GHG Protocol, CSRD and related regulation - is general information published for guidance only. It is not legal, accounting, audit, tax or investment advice, and it does not take account of your specific circumstances. Regulation and methodology change over time.
