Looking back on 2024

We built our optimised team

2024 was a year of expansion and collaboration. We established our Sri Lankan tech hub at Hatch in Colombo, which quickly became a cornerstone of our global operations. At Norrsken in Stockholm, we reinforced our presence and strengthened our team. Across both locations, we welcomed 21 new colleagues -14 in Sri Lanka and 7 in Stockholm.

In September, the Stockholm team participated in Impact Week in Barcelona, sharing ideas and learning from other innovators in the sustainability space. And in a testament to our commitment to collaboration, our tech leads participated in an exchange between Stockholm and Sri Lanka, fostering deeper connections and knowledge sharing across our teams.

Advanced our platform

This year, our carbon management platform underwent a transformation. From a visual upgrade to achieving EY attestation, we’ve made Atmoz more user-friendly and reliable than ever. We also broke international barriers, making our platform operational in all countries.

To enhance functionality, we added features like filtering and analysing emissions based on financial dimensions and the ability to include activity-based emissions. Additionally, users can now download the VSME report template straight from the platform -streamlining sustainability reporting for everyone.

Launched exciting innovations

Innovation was at the heart of 2024. We introduced:

  • CarbonSens AI chatbot: Simplifying sustainability queries with AI-powered insights.

  • Atmoz Restore: Our dedicated climate financing website.

  • Atlas Design System: Ensuring a cohesive and seamless user experience across all our products.

  • An upgarded reporting module: Making emissions data reporting even more intuitive and comprehensive.

Forged new partnerships

We partnered up with some amazing organisations this year, including:

  • Fortnox

  • Visma.net

  • VIEW Group Sweden

  • SignUp Software

  • VIEW Group Norway

  • Visma Control Edge

These partnerships allow us to extend our reach and provide even greater value to our users.

Built new integrations for seamless workflows

We also built integrations with key platforms like Tripletex, Microsoft BC, and Fortnox -making it easier for businesses to incorporate Atmoz into their daily operations.

Looking ahead

2024 has been a testament to what’s possible when a talented team comes together with a shared vision. We’re entering 2025 with excitement, ready to continue building solutions that drive sustainability and empower businesses to make a difference.

Here’s to an impactful new year!
